Update!
There’s so much news that I haven’t been able to share because I was without my blog working for awhile.Β However, if you’re a member of my forum, follow me on FaceBook, or receive my newsletter, then you probably know most of the news. π
I’ve gotten to see the covers for both Midnight’s Master and Midnight’s Lover, as well as learning the release dates – May 22, 2012 and June 26, 2012 respectively.
The covers are stunning!Β Truly stunning.Β I cannot wait to show them off…but that won’t be for a few months yet.Β I’m going to do a big “Cover Reveal” sometime in February/March.Β I’m so looking forward to hearing what y’all think of the covers.Β I will admit – they are completely different from the Dark Sword covers. π
I’m working on a new proposal this week on an idea I got last night as I was drifting off to sleep.Β That happens a lot, I’ve noticed.Β It’s that place between awake and asleep that my brain kicks into overdrive.Β I’m eager to start this proposal and see what these four guys have planned.
I will give you a hint – they’re Highlanders. π
lol.Β Of course, right?!Β I mean, who can resist a Highlander?Β Apparently I can’t.
And next week I’ll be re-releasing my Halloween themed/werewolf novella – Primal Heat.Β This was the first story I ever wrote that was set entirely in contemporary times.Β I thought it fitting to release it during October, just in time for Halloween.
hugs,
D
Donna congrats on all the good news, went right over to Amazon and snagged a copy of “Primal Heat” as love a good werewolf story! Sadly all my books that you wrote and had proudly displayed on my shelves burned Labor Day weekend in the Bastrop County Central Texas wildfires, all the Acro series with you and Larissa are gone as well as my Dark Sword books are also now ashes. It may take a while but since have at least gotten to read “Wicked Highlander” and “Forbidden Highlander” and was in the process of reading “Untamed Highlander” before the fire will finish the series some day. I luckily received my pre-ordered copy of “Shadow Highlander” in the mail after the wildfires swept through and wiped out thousands of peoples homes as well as my families. We are all numb here in Texas, it is a disaster the likes of which has never been seen by firefighters in our state as well as residents.
Am looking forward to your newest Highlander WIP, you have a good time writing and we will all have a great time reading the books some day!
Jackie, as a Texan, I heard all about the fires. I’m so sorry you lost your house. I can only imagine how devastated you were to have everything taken from you. Please know you and everyone else affected by the fires are in my prayers.
I hope you can get back on your feet and into a home quickly. Please keep in touch and let me know how things are coming alone for you.
