Happy May, lovelies! ๐Ÿชป 2025 is chugging right Happy May, lovelies! ๐Ÿชป 2025 is chugging right along with the days flying past faster and faster. April was filled with a outing as well as wrapping up (and delivering to my editor) book 7 in the Skye Druids series, AFTER MIDNIGHT (Sept '25). ๐Ÿ™Œ I can't tell you how exhilarating it is finish a book and hand it off. April also saw the 9th book in my bestselling Dragon King seriesโ€”DRAGON MARKEDโ€”hit shelves, and it was a phenomenal release. I'm blown away by the many ways each of you showed up for Merrill's release. For everyone who has told me how much you cried (or sobbed), I was even worse while writing it. I knew his book was going to be a gut-punch, but I wasn't at all prepared. ๐Ÿ˜ญ Next up on the writing front is MOUNTAIN FIRE. This will be book 4 in the Elven Kingdoms, and you guessed it by the title, this will feature a Mountain Elf. Which one you ask? Well, the one I've been getting tons of emails aboutโ€”Manu. I hear the groans of everyone who was hoping it was Dain. Sorry to disappoint. ๐Ÿ™ ๐ŸพThe fur babies had a great monthโ€”finally. Even old man Sisko at 10 is looking very good, per the vet. The beans are also days away from marking their 11th month. I cannot believe they're almost a year old. Seriously, where has the time gone?! May looks to be a quiet month, which is good, because I'm juggling multiple projects behind the scenes.
