A. I have many series for readers to choose from, but I would suggest one of my more recent series since my writing has changed from when I first published. The Dark Kings is a good place to start if you like contemporary paranormal (also see the Dark World link to see all the series that are connected). If you like historical paranormal, then my Kindred series is where you should begin. If you donβt want paranormal, there is my romantic suspense series Sons of Texas or my cowboy series Heart of Texas.
A. You can find the entire reading order under the DARK UNIVERSE tab which will take you to the dedicated website MotherofDragonsBooks.com that lists the reading order and anything you might want to know about the connected series.
A. Yes! The first 3 Reaper stories will be bound and released in print/ebook titled TALL DARK DEADLY ALPHA July 2017. Books 10-16 are also in print. The publisher has the rights to the earlier books in the series, and as of now, have no plans to put them in print. However, this could change at any time.
A. The DS series didnβt actually end. It *continues* with the Dark Warriors series. Same characters, same story line, just a change from historical to contemporary. However, there is a reason for that change. If youβve read DARKEST HIGHLANDER, then youβll understand.
A. I donβt plot my books. I never know one day to the next what my characters will do or where theyβll take me. Iβm just as surprised as you. But I write paranormals/fantasy for many of my series, so you never know what can happen. π
A. I love historicals too much not to write them. Iβm releasing a new historical paranormal series starting in 2017 called The Kindred. The first book EVERSONG will release November 20, 2017 with EVERWYLDE following in April 2018 and three more books after that!
A. I had every intention of writing Taneβs book as well as spinning off a series, however, contracts and deadlines pushed that aside.
A. Yes. And no. π Yes, because itβs set in Texas and the heroes are ex-military, but no, because the characters do not interconnect in any way.
A. All 1001 Dark Nights books are exclusive to Amazon for the first 90 days of publication. So check the release day for my novellas and then check three months after that for it to release on the other platforms.
A. If you click on any cover on my website, you will be taken to that particular bookβs page with all the information. From there, you can find buy links on the left hand side. Just pick which one you want and click. π
A. Print pre-orders will continue with any of my publishers, but if Iβm releasing the book, I still donβt have the option to allow PO through Amazon, BN, and the like. However, you can PO print editions from my store.
